Antique oil painting by American artist Roger C. Holt was possibly done in the 1930’s. Deep and bold colors. Painting is recessed in the frame. Minor scrapes on frame(see photos). certain tape is on back of painting as this is quite old(photo). I didn’t make any improvements to the painting after I acquired it.
