Water moderately, allow the surface of the potting mix to dry to the touch before watering again. Avoid wet and dry extremes. Reduce watering in winter.
Loves humidity. Consider a humidifier, or frequent mistings and a pebbled water tray to stand on. Don't let the bottom of the pot stand in the water.
Likes moist, toasty conditions, 65 to 85 F should be fine. Warmer is better.
Use a peat/coir based potting mix with added perlite for good drainage. Aim for a soil PH of 5.5 to 7.0. Repot and refresh soil annually, or do a speedy root check to see if they are bound before repotting.
